"Really frustrating install experience"
I booked delivery and installation through lg.com, and it was just a mess, a mess. The installer showed up late, didn’t have the right parts, and then left without even finishing the job. I ended up calling support twice, and both times I still didn’t get a clear answer about what was happening. It really felt like nobody knew anything, anything at all. Super annoying, especially after paying extra for installation.

I booked a washer repair through lg.com thinking it would be straightforward, because usually when you go directly through the company, you assume it’ll be handled smoothly. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all.
The tech showed up late, took a quick look for maybe 10 minutes, and then said he needed a part and left. After that, it felt like I was stuck in the same pattern over and over: I’d call for an update, someone would give me a different answer, and then nothing would actually happen.
Now it’s been weeks and my washer still isn’t fixed. At this point, I’m assuming they’re just not in any rush once the repair is paid for. Really frustrating experience and definitely not the kind of service I expected.

I ordered from lg.com and the delivery was really slow. The tracking hardly updated, so I had no idea what was going on most of the time. It ended up arriving several days late, and I am not happy with the whole experience.

My LG fridge is still running fine, nothing major wrong with it. But one little door bin cracked, and somehow that’s turned into a whole stupid problem. The LG site has been saying it’s out of stock for weeks, and support just keeps bouncing me around without actually helping. It’s ridiculous when finding a basic plastic part is harder than going out and buying a whole new fridge.

"Pretty Smooth Delivery, Just a Slightly Banged-Up Box"
I ordered from lg.com the delivery was faster than I expected. The driver was friendly and polite, which gave the whole experience a good feel. The only thing that bothered me a bit was that the outer box had a small dent on one side. Thankfully, the actual product inside was completely fine. Overall, I’d say it was a positive experience, but I’d probably give it 5 stars if the packaging had shown up looking a little cleaner

"Broke way too soon"
I thought this would last longer, but after just a few weeks the plastic parts started cracking and—yeah, that was disappointing. It felt fine at first, then suddenly it just didn’t hold up...

I was just trying to find a manual and some warranty info on lg.com, but it turned into way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. The menus kept sending me in circles, the pages were slow to load, and the search results weren’t much help. What made it more annoying was feeling like everything was hidden behind some “that’s our policy” type of excuse instead of just making the information easy to find. The site looks nice, sure, but actually using it for support was really frustrating.

"Honestly expected better for the price"
I paid way more than I should have for this, and the quality just feels cheap. For what it cost, I really expected something much better. It’s disappointing, and I feel like some kind of apology would be fair because this definitely wasn’t worth the money

I tried to return my LG order the whole process felt like a hassle from start to finish. The refund took much longer than what they originally told me, and every time I contacted support, I got the same generic copy-and-paste type responses. I’m cautious with bigger purchases, so not knowing what was happening with my money made it even more frustrating. I still had to keep chasing them for updates, which shouldn’t be necessary. After this experience, I don’t think I’d buy directly from lg.com again.

"Wish I’d gone with a different washer"
I bought an lg washer thinking it would be a solid choice, i regret it now. It worked fine for the first few months, but then it started shaking like crazy and not always finishing the cycle. Sometimes the clothes are still wet when it’s done, which is so frustrating. I tried the usual fixes—cleaning it, leveling it, checking everything I could, but nothing really helped. For what I paid, I expected way better and for it to last a lot longer. Disappointed, and I don’t see myself buying another lg appliance after this.

I saw the promo price and thought I was getting a decent deal, but then it basically vanished once I got to checkout. I tried reaching out to support and just got the usual copy-paste replies that didn’t actually explain anything or help fix it. Frustrating experience overall, and I don’t see myself buying from LG again.

"Terrible ordering experience"
I ordered a washer from lg.com the whole thing was just way more stressful than it needed to be. The payment went through right away, so I figured okay, done, easy enough, but then I never got a proper confirmation email, which immediately made me wonder if the order even existed. So I kept logging into my account like some kind of detective just to check if there was any update, and even then it wasn’t really clear what was going on.
Customer service didn’t help much either because every time I asked, I got a different answer. One person told me it had shipped, then someone else said it was still processing, and at that point I was just tired of chasing it. After about a week of waiting around with no real answer, I cancelled the order. Super annoying experience, and not worth the stress.

"LG washer quit too early"
I bought this lg washer thinking it would last a long time. It didn’t. After just over a year, it started making loud, weird noises. Then the spin cycle stopped working right.
Getting help was a pain. Customer service took forever, and the repair was expensive. For what I paid, I expected much better. I don’t really trust lg appliances anymore

I thought this would look a lot better once I had it in the room, but it just feels kind of cheap and bulky. The design doesn’t really fit the space the way I expected, and it just sort of stands out in a bad way. Maybe if it were slimmer or the finish looked a little nicer..

I really like the idea of being able to check on my washer from the app, and when it works it’s handy. But it disconnects almost every time I try to use it. I keep having to reconnect, which gets frustrating fast. The app has potential, but the connection issues make it hard to rely on.
